Once we have investigated your report, if an error or fault is found then we will aim to replace the information as soon as possible. Sometimes there are operational reasons why we will not replace the information straight away.
Once we have investigated your report, if an error is identified with the display then we will aim to resolve this as soon as possible. If there is a fault with audio equipment then we will aim to resolve this within 24 hours. How quickly this report is dealt with depends on how urgent the problem is.
Our aim is that dangerous faults will be made safe within 24 hours of you submitting your report. All other defects will be scheduled for attention or repair within five working days or fall within our planned maintenance programme.
